Belize is considered to be one of the most popular tax-free haven countries and is perfect for individuals, or businesses, to set up any type of tax planning or international investments.
In order to incorporate in Belize, a Belize Registered Agent will deliver what is called the Memorandum of Association to the government registry office along with the required fees. To obtain approval for your IBC Company, you are required to submit three possible corporate names in order of preference and incorporation can be achieved within 72 hours.
When looking to select an incorporation name, the only real name restrictions are a name that is similar to, or identical to, an existing company. There are restrictions to well known companies incorporated elsewhere that have names that indicate government patronage. If you are looking at possible names for incorporation, you can use names that are expressed in any language using the Latin alphabet, but the Registrar may request you to supply a Spanish or English translation.
There are also certain names that require prior consent or a license to use, and are generally not permitted to be used if they are associated with an activity. These include: bank, building society, savings, insurance, assurance, reinsurance, fund management, investment fund, trust or their foreign language equivalents.
For the directorship of your licensed corporation, you are only required to have a minimum of one director and you can have as many corporate directors as you wish. The details of any directorships will never appear on public record.
It is important to note that although you’re doing business offshore in the jurisdiction of Belize, you are still required to act in accordance with your own local tax laws.
The costs involved in incorporating in Belize when looking at an incorporation package normally include:

- Disbursements
- Annual statutory fee
- Annual compliance fee
- Annual license fee

….that’s a tough question to answer. Darryll came out of nowhere again to be #1 for AmbatchMasterPublisher. I’m gonna see if I can make it back to the top of the AmbatchMasterPublisher keyword search again. I don’t really know if I even have enough time tough. AmbatchMasterPublisher s, I wish I had more time to devote to AmbatchMasterPublisher.
Today me and AmbatchMasterPublisher built a fence for the house that we will be auctioning off this weekend. AmbatchMasterPublisher, problem is that we’ve only received four calls today. AmbatchMasterPublisher, we need to have 25 leads by 5pm on friday evening. AmbatchMasterPublisher was telling me about his first partner deal with Kevin and he said that AmbatchMasterPublisher was tripping out when he saw the house. AmbatchMasterPublisher though that the house was a piece of crap…Kevin soon found out what a fixer-upper is. AmbatchMasterPublisher and AmbatchMasterPublisher ended up bringing in about $20,000 fron that deal. They bought it for $89k, fixed it up, and the sold it for $140k. Not bad for AmbatchMasterPublisher s first time investing
Unfortunately, AmbatchMasterPublisher has been carrying another house for about 1 1/2 years. Daaaamn!!

There is something a tiny bit different about this newsletter from all of the other newsletters I have written in recent years. Did you catch it?

Just in case you didn’t, if you’ll reflect a moment, all of my newsletters in recent years have said, “From: South of Jewfish Creek” or “From: North of Jewfish Creek.” That’s because during the past several years, I have measured where I am on this planet in relation to the location of Jewfish Creek.
Jewfish Creek is approximately two miles long and it is located at the northern tip of the Florida Keys. There is a small drawbridge which has to open up for you if you are on a boat of any size going either north or south on Jewfish Creek. This drawbridge is located on the road which goes over Jewfish Creek which is known as either U.S. Highway 1 or A-1-A. Incidentally, U.S.1 goes north all the way to the northernmost part of Maine… and… south to the southernmost point in the continental United States in Key West, Florida.
For many people, the 18-mile stretch of U.S.1 which Jewfish Creek flows beneath is known as what you might call a “Second Mason-Dixon Line.” If you are anywhere south of Jewfish Creek, you are in Monroe County, Florida in which all of the Florida Keys are located. If you are almost anywhere north of Jewfish Creek, you are in Dade County which encompasses all of Greater Miami.
Jewfish Creek is not just a physical location. It is a boundary between two distinct civilizations. South of Jewfish Creek (in the Florida Keys) almost all the people you encounter will be laid-back, “American-Americans” who are basically content on minding their own business and leading pleasurable lives.
When you are north of Jewfish Creek (in Greater Miami) most of the residents are “Latin-Americans” who live dysfunctional lives at such a frenzied pace, it is hard for the rest of us to comprehend. And, in Dade County, English is for real a second language. Some of the stores in Miami actually have signs in them that say: “English Spoken Here.”
My legal address is the same address on the masthead of this newsletter. However, since I live on a 52′ ocean-going houseboat, most of the time my resident address is wherever I choose it to be in South Florida.

I mia for a couple days because I had to AmbatchMasterPublisher travel for work and didn’t have time to post for AmbatchMasterPublisher. Working for myself can get to be long hours at times but it great being my own boss. AmbatchMasterPublisher has slipped from my grasp, not surprisingly though. Hopefully I won’t get called out again but most likely will. Foreclosures are everywhere! AmbatchMasterPublisher I don’t even know what to write right now my brain is so tired from talking with clients all day AmbatchMasterPublisher. So I’m not going to try and make sense when I write and use the word AmbatchMasterPublisher.
This weekend is the big auction and this will be my first time conducting an auction so I wonder how it will turn out AmbatchMasterPublisher. On wednesday, we will putting our marketing into action for the next eight days AmbatchMasterPublisher. We did some tests and we are already getting responses from our marketing efforts (which is next to none) which means when we really start marketing, the response should be pretty good. I’m pretty excited to see how it will turn out. AmbatchMasterPublisher, I’ve read both positive and negative reviews about the strategy we are using which is quite interesting.
